​Kerry Glass
Founder
Kerry Glass is the creator of the Memories Live concept. She graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Fine Arts, focusing on photography and videography. She then received a Master’s in Art Therapy from Pratt Institute. Following graduation she was employed at the Hebrew Home for the Aged at Riverdale (NY) where she served as both an art therapist and director of the art department. This most recent chapter of her life began when a young woman in her community passed away from cancer, leaving behind her husband and two young children. That evening the concept of Memories Live was born. Kerry’s goal is to use the power of film to eternalize loved one's images, stories, and wisdom.

Neil Glass
Director
Neil Glass is an accomplished financial and operational executive with over two decades of leadership experience across media, advertising, and data-driven technology companies. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Health Monitor Network, one of the leading marketing platforms for pharma and OTC. Prior to this role, Neil was COO/CFO at INFLUENCE by The London Fund, helping to drive transformational growth initiatives. He has held senior leadership positions at ZoomInfo and Integrate, where he built and scaled digital and advertising solutions businesses. Earlier in his career, Neil was SVP of Data Strategy at IDG and CFO/SVP of Business Development at Crisp Media, where he played a pivotal role in strategic partnerships and revenue expansion. He also held financial and operational leadership roles at Ziff Davis Media, culminating in his appointment as CFO and SVP of Global Licensing. Neil began his career at Coopers & Lybrand, later joining The Walt Disney Company and RBC in finance and business development roles. His expertise lies at the intersection of media, technology, and finance, with a track record of leading companies through rapid growth, M&A, and digital transformation. Neil holds deep experience in both private equity-backed and public company environments. 
Neil graduated with an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economy from Williams College where he was also an All-American tennis player.

Melissa Goldberg
Director
Melissa Goldberg  is an experienced public relations professional with a background in the consumer, sports, entertainment, dot-com, and health/fitness sectors. She is the founder of Farm & Fork Society, one of New Jersey’s largest and most respected food cooperatives. For nearly 20 years, Farm & Fork Society has connected thousands of New Jersey residents with organic, sustainable fruits and vegetables while supporting small, local farmers in New Jersey and New York.

Melissa holds a Master of Arts in Energy & Environmental Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in History, both from Boston University. She lives in New Jersey.

Richard Mandelbaum
Director
Richard oversees the financial side of his family's business. He is responsible for all stock, bond, currency, and alternative investments. He also is responsible for some of his family's diverse business interests which include real estate, manufacturing, and the Minnesota Vikings Football Club. Prior to this, Richard worked at both Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley in New York City and London and achieved Managing Director status. During his 12 years as a derivatives trader, his responsibilities included, but were not limited to, running proprietary trading businesses, making listed and OTC options markets, hedging and managing sector, OTC basket, and equity derivatives books, supervising traders, committing the firm's capital, and trading and making markets in Japanese warrants in US Dollars, Swiss Francs, Deutsche Marks, and ECUs. He employed several strategies to manage over four billion dollars in risk, including delta neutral volatility hedging, dispersion, tracking, and volatility drift and skew.

In the non-profit space, he served the Archdiocese of Newark and Seton Hall University and serves on the board of Congregation B'nai Jeshurun. He graduated from Princeton University, and received his Masters in Business Administration from The Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He is married to, Lianne, and has three children, Rebecca, Benjamin, and Joshua.

Sharon Weintraub
Director
Sharon is the President of The Weintraub Family Foundation, which supports many worthy organizations and spends much of her time volunteering in the non-profit sector.
Sharon has been on the Memories Live board since its inception. She joined the Board of Trustees of the Valerie Fund in 2011, focusing mainly on fundraising and co-hosts a yearly fundraiser for them. She serves on their scholarship committee and formerly was a volunteer at one of their centers as well.

Sharon is a also current member of the Board of Visitors in the Division of GI, Hepatology and Nutrition at CHOP since 2015. She has co-led a toy drive for many years for The Metropolitan Regional Diagnostic Treatment Center(RDTC) in Newark, NJ. She has previously held board seats at Family Promise of Essex County(IHN) and Willa’s Wish.

Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland. She is married to her husband Josh and had two daughters, Jamie and Melanie.

Beth A. Berns LCSW
Director
Beth brings a vast base of knowledge in the field of social work to the Memories Live Board. She currently runs a private practice in Chatham, New Jersey, providing psychotherapy for adolescents and adults specializing in depression, anxiety, addiction, parenting, life transitions, bereavement and relationship issues. Previously Beth served as a social worker for Temple Ner Tamid in Bloomfield, New Jersey, facilitating workshops and support groups for congregants experiencing challenges in the areas of mental health, addiction, parenting, employment and grief.
Beth received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Emory University and a Masters in Business Administration from New York University. Beth then went on to receive her Masters in Social Work from New York University and has focused her expertise on working with individuals and families throughout northern New Jersey.

Susan Scheiner
Director
Susan Scheiner is the Senior Director of Global Education for Sesame Workshop, advising not only on the television series but also products, games, publishing, and other projects. Her experience extends to other children’s shows as well, including Mecha Builders, Pinky Dinky Doo and The Electric Company. Through the years, Susan has developed curriculum that has guided content in academic areas such as literacy, math, and STEM; as well as socio-emotional topics including divorce, race relations, bullying, executive function-self regulation and kindness. Susan is a graduate of Cornell University with a BS in Human Development and Family Studies, and from Teachers College, Columbia University with an MA in Human Development.  She is married to Gary, and has two daughters, Meredith and Lindsey.

Jennifer Greenberg
Director
For over a decade, Jen has led a top-performing real estate team in North Jersey with Compass, based in their Short Hills office. She brings a unique blend of community passion, interior design sensibility, and a love for historic home preservation to her work. A proud South Orange native, Jen’s deep local roots fuel her commitment to service. holds dual degrees in Psychology and Music from NYU and a Master’s in Music Therapy. Her extensive volunteer background spans preschool boards, PTA leadership, and long-standing support of Isaiah House, a shelter supporting families in East Orange.

Jen currently serves as one of six elected Council Members for South Orange Village, where she helps shape policy and advocate for community needs.

She and her husband David are enjoying life as new empty nesters, raising a blended family of five young adults — Abby, Samson, Jonah, Judah, and Mason.
